Quality support and issue resolution
Agree specifications, inspection scope and acceptance criteria before production. If defects are identified, we coordinate supplier review and corrective action. Replacement, compensation and claim periods are governed by your written order terms—not an automatic guarantee.
How we inspect your products
General inspection
Use an agreed sampling plan and checklist to review appearance, dimensions, function, quantity and packaging. AQL levels must be selected for the product and confirmed with your agent.
Sampling cannot detect every defect. Findings should be reviewed before goods are approved for dispatch.
Discuss your checklist
Full inspection
Check individual units where the product and agreed scope permit. Separate detected defects and discuss rework with the supplier. Full checks reduce risk but do not promise a zero-defect result.
Labour, testing equipment and handling costs are quoted for your project.
