We review your supplier network, active projects, coordination needs and reporting requirements before quoting your plan. Ongoing supplier management is normally covered by the agreed retainer within that scope.

Third-party testing, extensive travel, special inspections, warehousing and other out-of-scope services may be quoted separately. Additional charges require agreement before the work starts.

Yes. The China Buying Office model is designed for buyers who want visibility and direct supplier relationships while NitaSource manages China-side execution.

Do you charge a percentage on every order?

Normally, ongoing supplier management is covered by the agreed monthly retainer within the defined service scope. Additional out-of-scope services may be quoted separately.

How many suppliers can you manage?

The scope depends on the agreed plan, number of active suppliers, active orders and sourcing workload. We review the supplier network and required responsibilities before confirming a plan.

How is the service priced?

A fixed monthly retainer is agreed based on active suppliers, active projects and required service scope. Third-party testing, extensive travel, special inspections, warehousing and other out-of-scope services may be quoted separately.

What if I only need one product order?

An ongoing office arrangement is optional. Direct Supply offers a final product quotation; Managed Sourcing offers supplier quotation visibility with a separate project service fee.

What reporting will I receive?

Weekly or monthly procurement reporting is agreed in your service plan. Updates can cover supplier communication, production progress, inspection findings, open issues and dispatch preparation.
