Do I need a monthly plan to work with NitaSource?+
No. Direct Supply offers a final product quotation, while Managed Sourcing uses a separate project sourcing fee. China Buying Office is an optional monthly retainer for ongoing supplier management.
Is NitaSource a good fit for my business?+
We support ecommerce sellers, first-time founders, brands, retailers and buyers with custom purchasing requirements. Share your product and quantity so we can assess the support and supplier options available.
Can I book only a factory audit or inspection?+
Yes. A factory audit or quality inspection can be discussed as a standalone service. We confirm the location, product, inspection depth, deliverables and quotation before starting.
Who sets the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ is generally set by the supplier and depends on the product, materials and customization. We help compare options and discuss feasible quantities; there is no single MOQ that applies to every project.
How are service fees, product costs and freight separated?+
Direct Supply includes NitaSource’s commercial margin in the final product quotation, with no separate sourcing fee unless agreed. Managed Sourcing separates supplier costs and the sourcing service fee, typically 3–5% depending on scope. China Buying Office uses an agreed monthly retainer. Confirm freight, add-ons, inclusions and exclusions before starting.
How do we approve samples, production and inspections?+
Agree the written specification and sample review first. Confirm production requirements and payment milestones before production begins, then define the inspection scope and acceptance criteria. Review findings before agreeing any rework or shipment decision.
What happens if a quality issue is found?+
We can document findings, communicate them to the supplier and coordinate discussion of rework, replacement or other next steps. Responsibility, costs and remedies depend on supplier terms and the project agreement; inspection does not guarantee a defect-free order.
